Gentle Yoga 08:00 - 09:00
The yoga practice will be a gentle hatha yoga practice, with some vinyasa flow connecting asana’s with the breath. It will start and finish with relaxation.
Advisable for people to bring a mat and blanket, some will be available to borrow on a first come first served basis.
Gentle yoga is for all abilities (there will be lying, sitting and standing involved).
